22144 Instant Au Jus Gravy Mix

Dr. Oetker Gravy Mixes are instant and can be mixed with any temperature water.  There is no wheat flour added to allow for a thick viscosity which is perfect for cold plating systems.  Dr. Oetker Au Jus can be used over any cut of roast beef or as a beef dip for sandwiches.  The finished “Au Jus” is slightly opaque and viscose.
